We are harvesting about 600 hand hewn river recovered pilings from the foundation of a old confederate cannon/ cannon ball factory on the savannah river that dates back to ca. 1840. they range in size from 12”x12” to 16”x16” and 18’-26’ in length and all have extremely tight growth rings. there is another lot (qty. 300) of round logs that were sunk in the mud, as is, ca. 1920’s and are second generation but equally beautiful in color and texture, and a little longer> prices are per truckload and uncut.
