Premium rustic, oak flooring/paneling/wainscoting, tongue and grooved, paneling/wainscoting widths run 3" 4" 5" 6" & 7" and the flooring widths will be 2 1/4", 3 1/4" and 4 1/4", this paneling/flooring is sorted for premium sound tight knots,(@$2.10 sq.ft.), about 30-40% will be quarter sawn(see pictures). the paneling/flooring is not end matched but will be precision end trimmed, for tight butt joints, the flooring can be end matched for an additional charge. a cap and base can also be supplied for wainscoting (additional cost), pricing on the wainscoting will depend on the length/height desired. the picture shown is a v-bevel rustic, this is the same material that will be used to make the flooring, clear is also available upon request, drop me a note for a quote on clear. the clear will be just that, defect free "clear" no knots, the lead time is about 2-3 weeks, as it has not been milled yet do to the fact the grain can raise if it is milled to far in advance. this is to assure you receive a fresh high quality product. delivery is free on 500 sq. ft. and larger orders. (within 100 mile radius of wis. dells). all of this material has been sustainably harvested from our property here in wisconsin, this material has been kiln dried to cabinet making standards of 6-8% moisture content in state of the art dry kilns, fired by a wood waste boiler. therefore all of the wood waste from this material will be used to fire the bio mass boiler to create heat to dry the next kiln charge, (no fossil fuels were used in the drying process). e-mail us with any questions/requests you may have
